Crimes Against Property
WHY CHOOSE OUR LAW OFFICE
ONE WORD: EXPERIENCE
As a trial lawyer, I use my previous experience as a criminal investigator for the U.S. Department of Justice and the Department of the Navy to effectively represent clients facing serious criminal charges in state or federal courts such as drug charges, property crimes, and crimes of violence. Likewise, my experience in the federal government has proven valuable in cases that involve immigration consequences and ICE Detainees. Persons facing criminal charges as well as deportation do not have to hire two lawyers to represent them, as I can handle both removal and criminal law.
My practice includes non-immigrant (K-Visas) and immigrant visa petitions through consular processing or adjustment of status, as well as applications for asylum and unaccompanied minors.
Other experiences such as military service during the Vietnam Era and advocating for Native Americans before the Federal Indian Courts (Court of Indian Offenses) and Non-Federal Indian courts, prove valuable in the deep appreciation of diversity and changing times.
